Tomatoes deserve more celebration. We love them. What would pizza be without the tomato? A tomato sandwich is our favorite thing after a BLT, but the tomato needs to be good for either to work. We want our tomatoes plump, juicy, red, ripe, and ready to eat! None of these bullshit pink, paper thin tasteless, semi-transparent, pre-sliced in a bucket tomatoes.
